The Monee Logistics Center will add more than 620,000 square feet of warehouse space to the I-80 corridor in Chicago's south suburbs

Seefried Industrial, Premier Design + Build Break Ground in Monee

Premier Design + Build Group and Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc. held a groundbreaking event recently to mark the launch of a major new industrial project in Chicago’s south suburbs. When construction is complete, the Monee Logistics Center will bring 621,246 square feet of new Class A industrial space to the I-80 submarket.

Premier’s team for the Monee Logistics Center assignment includes project manager Dale Carter, project superintendent Wayne Nyenhuis, and SVP/Midwest market leader Joseph Ahrens. “A huge effort has been put into teeing this project up, and it’s clear the team is ready to execute with success,” said Ahrens.

“We’re very happy to be working with Premier again on another exciting project,” said Brian Novak, VP of development – Midwest region for Seefried. “They bring a lot of experience to the industrial warehouse design/build process.”

The expected delivery date for the Monee Logistics Center is July 2023.
