Seefried Completes Shell on Milwaukee-Area Industrial

A partnership of Seefried Industrial Properties and James Campbell Company completed the shell on Franklin Business Center, an 88,667-square-foot warehouse distribution center in Franklin, WI, near Milwaukee. The facility is now available for tenant improvements, and is being marketed to users ranging from 20,000 to 88,667 square feet.

“The Milwaukee submarket has shown low vacancy and great absorption in recent years, and we think this is a trend that will continue,” said Doug Houser, development manager at Seefried.  “We believe Franklin Business Park’s established reputation and proximity to I-94 and Mitchell Airport make it a great home for any user in the market.”

Peak Construction Corporation is the general contractor; Partners in Design Architects, Inc. is the architect and Pinnacle Engineering Group has been engaged as the civil engineer. The project is being marketed by CBRE’s Trent Poole, Christian Chambers and Paula Wink.
