See Water Takes 24K-SF at Riverside Facility

Bombay Partners, LP signed See Water, Inc. to a five-year lease for 24,024 square feet of industrial space at 22220 Opportunity Way, Unit D, in Riverside, CA. The deal at the 90,897-square-foot building is valued at more than $1 million.

The space will be used for manufacturing and distribution of water pumps and alarms. This facility has both industrial square footage as well as office space, which will allow the tenant to consolidate its executive staff, operations and sales in one location.

Coldwell Banker Commercial SC’s Robert Mendieta represented the tenant. Mendieta say, “Having worked with See Water, Inc. for the past three years, they had outgrown their previous facility in San Jacinto. They occupied an approximate 5,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, as well as an additional 2,400-square-foot space, which served as an overflow facility.
