Security Software Firm Takes 134K-SF at Irvine Spectrum
Cylance Inc. is leasing roughly 134,000 square feet at Irvine Company’s 400 Spectrum Center in Irvine, CA. The security software manufacturer will consolidate operations in the 426,000-square-foot office tower slated to deliver in summer 2017.
Cylance will occupy roughly six floors in the 21-story tower, making it one of the largest new office transactions in 2017. The Irvine-based firm, which is one of Orange County’s fastest growing midsized companies, plans to relocate its HQ from 18201 Von Karman near John Wayne Airport, as well as consolidate other sites in the airport area.
By bringing operations to one location, Cylance is expected to create operational efficiencies that will result in the company needing less office space. The building was designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners.
