Security Properties Sells Nashville Portfolio for $176M

Seattle-based Security Properties has sold a three-property, multifamily portfolio in Nashville, TN for an aggregate price of $175.6 million. Walker & Dunlop’s Russ Oldham, Brett Kingman and Robbie O’Bryan arranged the sale to local management firm Carter-Haston. Walker & Dunlop also financed the buyer.

The properties included are:

  • Artessa, a 250-unit apartment community in Franklin, TN. The property offers the buyer an opportunity to make capital investments to further enhance the property within a premier submarket.
  • Duet (pictured), a 215-unit multifamily complex in Nashville. Located in the city’s West End near Centennial Park, the property provides competitive amenities with proximity to a range of transportation and employment.
  • Note 16, an 86-unit, Class-A asset in Nashville. Situated in the heart of Music Row, the community offers walkability to the area’s amenities and easy access to Nashville’s top entertainment venues.
