Security Properties Begins Constructing $200 Million Apartment Tower in Seattle
Seattle-based developer Security Properties is building a $200 million apartment building in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. The 29-story development, located at 314 Bell St. will include 212 apartments and approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space.
The development is not far from Pike Place Market, the Westlake Center transit station and Amazon’s campus. Most units will feature balconies and will be more than 900 square feet of space.
The majority of the units will also include work-from-home areas. The residential tower is considered to be a “true post-Covid building,” according to The Puget Sound Business Journal.
VIA Architecture is the architect, and Exxel Pacific is the general contractor for the project. Construction is slated to be finished in the summer of 2024.
