Security Acceptance Sells 122K-SF from Phoenix-Area Rome Towers

Security Acceptance Services LLC sold 121,632 square feet from Rome Towers, a 130,897-square-foot medical office building in Gilbert, AZ. The seller shook hands with buyer Woodside Health to sell the asset at 1760 E. Pecos Rd. for $26 million.

Commercial Properties Inc.’s Leroy Breinholt Sales & Leasing Team represented the seller. Crescendo Commercial Realty advised the buyer. “The property offered Woodside Health a great location with access to multiple freeways, close proximity to the Mercy Gilbert Hospital and was a great medical and professional office investment,” said CPI’s David Bean said.

Added Woodside Health’s Joe Greulich: “This is a great neighborhood, and we’re glad to be a part of the area’s growth as we lease up the rest of the building. The prior owners developed a beautiful building, and we look forward to finishing the work to create the vibrant medical and professional center they envisioned.”
