Secure Net Lease, X Team Retail Advisors Join Forces

Dallas-based Secure Net Lease, an investment sales brokerage firm, is joining the X Team Retail Advisors platform, a national organization comprised of more than 350 retail real estate affiliate specialists located in nearly 50 markets across the U.S. and Canada. Secure Net Lease sells shopping centers, single-tenant retail, office, medical, and industrial assets. The firm has sold properties in 48 states and has a $7 billion transaction volume.

With locations in Dallas and Los Angeles, the company targets investment property leased to recession-resistant tenants in industries that have experienced fewer layoffs and store closures than others within their niche.

Secure Net Lease has also been actively engaged in sale-leasebacks and M&A advisory for more than a decade. That expertise will provide affiliates across the X Team Retail Advisors’ platform a unique opportunity to access leasing and other tenant services for their developer and tenant clients.
