Second of Three Multifamily Projects Complete in Santa Ana

Architectural firm AO and multifamily developer Alliance Residential recently completed Broadstone Archive, a 403-unit rental community located in Santa Ana. Archive is currently accepting residents.

The five-story residential building is the second of three multifamily communities developed in Park & Paseo, an 18-acre master planned-community centered on a community park and plaza, and featuring a collection of shops, cafes and restaurants. It will total 1,221 units, 18,000 square feet of retail space and 56,000 square feet of office space at completion.

Broadstone Arden, a 335-unit development opened in March 2020 and Broadstone Atlas, a 483-unit residential building, is currently under construction with completion anticipated in summer 2022.

Additional community amenities include co-working spaces, and a rooftop terrace offering views of the Saddleback mountains and planes landing at John Wayne Airport.

Located at 1901 E. Dyer Rd., Archive is situated in Central Orange County with access to the 55 freeway and minutes from The District at Tustin Legacy and South Coast Plaza, two shopping and entertainment hubs.
