Second-Largest Multifamily in Talmadge Neighborhood Sells to SJN
Menlo Apartments, a 36-unit apartment property in San Diego recently sold for $11.225 million. The buyer was SJN Properties LLC.
Constructed in 1964, the property is located at 4461-79 Menlo Ave. in the Talmadge neighborhood. The asset is comprised of 89 percent two-bedroom units, 10 of which are two-bath units. The property is situated on three separate contiguous parcels, making it the second largest asset in the neighborhood.
Austin Huffman and Christopher J. Zorbas of The Zorbas Group in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Luxview Talmadge LLC. The buyer was also secured and represented by Huffman and Zorbas.
