Seattle’s Nexus Condo Tower Wins Gold Nugget & NAIOP Awards
Burrard’s Nexus, a 41-story residential tower in downtown Seattle, received a pair of industry awards. The landmark development at 1808 Minor Ave., which already earned a prestigious PCBC 2020 Gold Nugget Award, now is adding a NAIOP honor to its pedigree.
The 389-unit condominium project will be recognized as NAIOP Washington’s High Rise Residential Development of the Year award, which will be presented via a virtual Night of the Stars gala on November 6th.
Vancouver, BC-based Burrard’s Christian Chan says “Our goal with the development of Nexus was to create an elevated, next-generation community where residents can experience more of what matters to them. It’s a vertical village where urban living is redefined and daily life is streamlined to offer an optimal urban lifestyle.”
Burrard’s Nexus earned the highest honors from PCBC with a Gold Nugget Grand Award for Best Multi-Family Housing Community in the 100 DU/Acre or more category during a virtual awards ceremony earlier this summer.
