Seattle Int’l Airport’s Arrivals Area Offers Quite the Welcome

Arriving in Seattle just got a whole lot sexier – for international air passengers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). 

The dramatic new International Arrivals Facility (IAF) will kick Puget Sound up a notch, which is already a leading gateway for international business and leisure. 

This sexiness is a bit of a tease, as it comes with major construction complete, but prior to full passenger operations this spring. Final readiness testing by the airport and its partners is taking place over the next few weeks, according to a news release.

Interested travelers are invited to tune into the unveiling of the International Arrivals Facility through a reveal video program that will be streamed for audiences throughout the world.

Demand for Seattle remained high – even during the Covid-challenged past two years. Since 2020, SEA has welcomed several brand-new international services, including: Qatar Airways to Doha, WestJet to Calgary, American Airlines to London, and Alaska Airlines to Belize.
