Seattle-Area Senior Housing Development Launched

AMWA Development, Inc. closed financing and will start construction on Cedar Pointe, a 255-unit affordable senior apartment development in Arlington, WA. Located at 3905 172nd Street NE in the Smokey Point neighborhood, the luxury 55+ community is being constructed on a 4.05-acre site roughly 45 miles north of Seattle.

Plans include a single, four-story elevator building, with 175 one-bedroom units and 80 two-bedroom units, including a one-bedroom manager’s unit. All units will be affordable to seniors earning 60% of the area median income. Interior community spaces will include a leasing office, community room, media room, exercise room, two private dining rooms, and a business center.

The community, which will be managed by FPI Management, Inc,. is set to be completed in August 2020.

Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
