Seattle Apartments Fetch $17M-Plus in First Time on Market

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of The Saint Theodore on Roosevelt, a 47-unit apartment property located in Seattle. The sale price was $17,475,000.

Jake Morse, Ryan Dinius, and Sidney Warsinske, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.  The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Morse, Dinius and Warsinske,

“Our team was engaged by the original developer to bring this property to market for the first time,” said Morse. “Over a focused three-week marketing campaign, we conducted 23 tours, received 10 offers, and ultimately selected an all-cash, out-of-state buyer who closed the deal in just 42 days from contract to close.”

Located at 6410 9th Ave NE in Seattle, The Saint Theodore on Roosevelt was built in 1999, with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 930 square feet.
