SeatGeek Claims 73K SF in NYC’s Flatiron District
SeatGeek signed a new lease for 72,800 square feet of office space at the Rosen family-owned 902 Broadway in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The new location will serve as the mobile-focused ticket platform’s headquarters upon occupancy of four of the building’s 20 floors, which is anticipated in mid 2019.
The company’s need for a larger space follows a strong year that included partnerships with a number of professional sports franchises, including the Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints and Pelicans, and Premier League club Manchester City. SeatGeek also works with brands such as Facebook, Snapchat, and Lyft to help make it easier for fans to discover and attend live events.
SeatGeek retained Savills Studley’s Nick Farmakis, David Goldstein, Brad Wolk and Chris Thompson to aid in its relocation from 400 Lafayette Street in NoHo, which it outgrew. Koeppel Rosen LLC’S Max Koeppel and David Koeppel represented ownership.
