Sears plans to lease out space at two of its Austin locations. The move comes as Sears stores across the nation begin to share square footage with grocers, restaurants and other retailers.

Seritage Growth Properties, in coordination with mall owner Simon Property Group, is marketing more than 100,000-square feet of retail and auto service center space at the Barton Creek Square mall location.

Meanwhile, at Sears Grand along North I-35, Seritage Growth Properties is advertising roughly 94,000 square feet of combined available space within the 173,301-square-foot, 2004-built store.
