Sean Zasche Joins Bridge Development as CFO

Bridge Development Partners hired Sean Zasche, formerly of CA Ventures, as its new CFO. Zasche will play a crucial role in leading all capital management of the company, including raising and managing strategic equity programs and debt relationships.

“Sean’s years of experience are invaluable to our mission of infusing new outside capital to BRIDGE’s acquisition and development efforts, as we continue to expand both domestically and across the globe,” said Steve Poulos, CEO at Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners.
Zasche was previously EVP of investment management at CA Ventures. He helped the company to grow from $500 million to over $14 billion of assets over the last six years.

Prior to CA Ventures, Zasche was a VP at M3 Capital Partners, where he closed more than $13 billion of strategic advisory transactions, including in the industrial sector. Zasche began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
