Sean Goff, a 16-year veteran with CBRE, has been promoted to the position of Leader, Americas Local Project Management. Goff was most recently Senior Managing Director of Project Management for the Texas and Oklahoma Division, as well as Latin America. He will continue to work out of the CBRE Dallas office.

Goff’s background includes more than a decade of general contracting and project management experience in shell and interior office construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, retail, hotels, churches and large renovations. He has served in various positions, including project manager, project estimator, field superintendent and field engineer.

Before joining CBRE, Goff was Project Manager for Precept Builders, during which he completed more than $60 million of commercial construction projects. He also served as Field Superintendent for Construction Management Technology.
