Seamless Announces Bouldin Delivery Schedule

Seamless Capital is ready to deliver the first stage of its mixed-use development on Lamar. The Bouldin, split into two buildings, will feature a Life Time gym, a 309-unit residential rental project and 75,000 square feet of office space. The development is on four acres across blocks 1300 and 1400 of South Lamar.

The Austin Business Journal reports that apartments are anticipated to open near the end of the year, and the shell for office space is slated to be completed in the next few weeks. Endeavor Real Estate Group is representing Seamless Capital’s leasing agreements.

Construction of the Life Time gym will begin later this year and is expected to be complete in mid-2025. The project will also include Postino WineCafe and a Paperboy restaurant.
