SE Dallas to be Site of 180 Affordable Apartments

Meadowbrook will provide 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom units and is reserved for families earning up to 60% of the areas median income, or about $53,000 for a family of four.

Located at 910 S. Belt Line Road, the community is set on a 9.6 acre site.

Financing for the $45 million development is being provided through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and tax-exempt bonds issued by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.

Monthly rental rates will range between $938-$1,670. The developer, LDG, hopes to welcome their first resident in January 2023.
