Scout on the Circle MXU Project Welcomes First Residents in Fairfax

Scout on the Circle, a new mixed-use development in Fairfax developed by Combined Properties, has welcomed its first round of residents to the 400-unit apartment community at the project.

Amenities at Scout on the Circle include two courtyards with grilling stations, fire pits, a sun deck, saltwater pool and a cinematic screening room as well as a fitness center.

The project is located at the intersection of Route 50 and Route 29, approximately one mile from the Orange Line Metro. The former shopping center at the site was demolished and reimagined into a transit-oriented community consisting of three buildings and two parking garages. Two of the buildings consist of five levels of apartments above 29,000 square feet of street-level retail facing Fairfax Boulevard. The retail space at the project is currently 80% leased
