Scottsdale’s Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center Sold

Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center, a 24,154-square-foot Class A multi-tenant office building in Scottsdale, traded hands. Newport Beach, CA-based Mark IV Capital, Inc. acquired the asset from Edmonton, Canada-based Melcor Developments.

The 100%-leased property is located at 8355 E. Hartford Dr. in the 260-acre Perimeter Center master-planned commercial development and sits adjacent to the TPC Scottsdale golf course. The two-story property features institutional quality construction finishes with abundant dual-paned reflective glass, a two-story lobby entrance, and a parking ratio of 4.26/1,000 square feet.

CBRE’s Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon and Will Mast represented the seller.

Gabel says, “Perimeter Parkview Corporate Center’s irreplaceable North Scottsdale location, Class A office finishes and diverse rent roll will make a great addition to Mark IV Capital’s distinguished office portfolio in Arizona and will continue to provide reliable cashflow for years to come.”
