Scottsdale Retail Center Trades for $52M

YAM Properties, a commercial real estate firm owned by GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons, acquired Pima Crossing, a 240,370-square-foot retail center in Scottsdale for $51.5 million. The seller was an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Karlin Real Estate.

The asset at 8612 E. Shea Blvd. consists of 14 buildings on more than 30 acres in North Scottsdale that was built between 1993 and 1996. Situated along the Loop 101 near HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center, the center counts among its tenants PGA Tour Superstore, Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, Culver’s and Sherwin-Williams Paint Store.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert represented the seller.

YAM Properties has acquired more than 2.1 million square feet of commercial real estate in Metro Phoenix, encompassing 15 multi-use retail assets. Prime among them is Glendale’s Westgate Entertainment District that’s anchored by Gila River Arena, home of the Arizona Coyotes, and adjacent to the Arizona Cardinals home, State Farm Stadium.
