Vero Capital completed the redo of five spec suites at INISIO at Kierland, a two-building, 240,436-square-foot office campus located at 16430 N. Scottdale Road and 16260 N. 71st in Scottsdale. Additionally, the firm has started construction on the next phase of the $29 million in renovations at the property.

Stream Realty Partners is responsible for managing, leasing, and overseeing the renovation. It has entered its next phase, which includes amenities. Willmeng Construction is handling the renovation’s construction.

The spec suites, ranging from 4,000 to 8,000 square feet, offer immediate occupancy. These suites are designed to accommodate a wide range of tenant needs.

Highlights of this next phase include:

• A 5,000-square-foot fitness center.
• Common areas, including a training center, shared conference spaces, library, billiards lounge, and focus booths to foster productivity and creativity.
• A multi-use courtyard spanning 5,000 square feet.
