Scottsdale Hotel Claims $102M Pricetag
A 177-room Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town hotel was acquired by Dynamic City Capital for nearly $102 million. Miller Global Properties was the seller.
The hotel was built in 2020 and totals roughly 128,083 square feet — meaning the building was sold for approximately $795 per square foot.
Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town’s sale makes it one of the top hotel trades in the Valley this year, according to data compiled by Vizzda.
The Phoenix Business Journal reports when the seven-story Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town opened in the summer of 2020, it marked the first time in more than ten years that a new-build hotel opened in Old Town. The hotel features thousands of square feet of meeting space, a pair of restaurants and a rooftop pool and bar. It’s located on the northeast corner of First Street and Marshall Way.
