Scott Vinett Joins Savills as Vice Chairman
Savills has appointed Scott Vinett as vice chairman in its New York City office, bringing over 20 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation to the firm.
Prior to joining Savills, Vinett served as a managing director at JLL, overseeing transactions for financial, insurance, tech, creative, and apparel companies. His recent deals include representing Viatris in a 23,000 SF lease at 50 Hudson Yards, handling acquisition and disposition assignments for TIAA and its subsidiaries, such as a 52,000 SF transaction for Churchill Asset Management at 375 Park Avenue, and overseeing transactions for Northwestern Mutual, including a 91,000 SF HQ transaction at 200 Liberty Street.
