Scott + Scott Signs 15-Year Lease at 230 Park Avenue
Scott + Scott LLP has secured a 15-year lease for the 24th floor at RXR’s 230 Park Avenue in Midtown East, covering 21,365 square feet, moving from a sublease on the 17th floor. The building hosts firms like StoneX, Havas, Clarion Partners, and Desmarais LLP.
“There is no other location in Midtown that is quite like it – from the unbeatable view overlooking Park Ave to the proximity to Grand Central. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences at 230 Park over the last 7+ years and look forward to continuing to grow our business in this superb space,” said David Scott, managing partner of Scott + Scott LLP.
The landlord was represented in-house at RXR by William Elder, Andrew Ackerman, and Walt Rooney and by Scott Klau, Brian Waterman, Erik Harris, Zach Weil, and Cole Gendels at Newmark. The tenants were represented by Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss of Savills.
