As industrial continues its juggernaut in much of Riverside County and the region, Newport Beach-based Jupiter Holdings recently unveiled plans for the Scott Road Commerce Center, a five-building 702,147-square-foot industrial center located in Menifee. The site is located at 33380 Zeiders Rd., adjacent to the I-215 Scott Road Interchange and 6 miles north of I-15.
“Scott Road Commerce Center will provide much-needed industrial space at a time when demand continues to rapidly increase across Southern California,” said Ed St. Geme, managing partner at Jupiter Holdings. “This state-of-the-art new industrial project will provide the latest in functionality and design features to meet the needs of growing manufacturing, warehouse or distribution companies.”
Scott Road Commerce Center includes one existing fully leased industrial building in addition to four to-be-constructed buildings. In total, the project is situated on 40.54 acres and will offer buildings between 73,000 to 230,000 square feet. Phase I of the project includes buildings 1 and 2, with an estimated groundbreaking for building two in August 2021 and completion of construction in mid-2022. Phase II includes buildings 3, 4 and 5 with a tentative groundbreaking in early-2022 and completion of construction by the end of 2022.
Tucker Hohenstein, Steve Bellitti and Joey Jones of Colliers in partnership with Gordon Mize of Lee & Associates will handle marketing efforts for Scott Road Commerce Center with lease or sale opportunities now available.
“Growing companies throughout Southern California are finding it difficult to locate the modern industrial space needed to support their expanding businesses in these markets,” said Hohenstein. “This is especially true in North San Diego County due to the lack of available land for larger industrial facilities. Scott Road Commerce Center will provide brand new industrial space and with highly sought-after features including minimum 30-foot clear heights, contemporary office space, abundant parking and trailer storage.”
Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
