Sterling Bay has appointed Scott Gibbel as the new managing director of its growing industrial division, Sterling Bay Industrial. With over two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having focused largely on the industrial sector, Gibbel brings relevant experience and a proven track record of success to his new role.

Gibbel will spearhead strategic initiatives within the industrial real estate sector. This includes overseeing acquisitions, development projects, leasing activities, and building strong relationships with industry stakeholders. His extensive background in commercial real estate, coupled with a deep understanding of industrial market trends in Chicago and major markets across the country, will play a pivotal role in driving the division’s growth and contributing to Sterling Bay’s overall national expansion strategy.

Gibbel previously served as a Market Officer at IDI Logistics and also worked for Prologis, underscoring his deep understanding of the logistics and distribution sector.
