Scot Farber, Tim Strohbehn Jump to Younger Partners

Scot Farber and Tim Strohbehn, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc., have joined Younger Partners as managing principals. The duo focuses on disposition of office and flex assets within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as other Texas markets, and Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico.

Farber served as Executive Managing Director and Executive Director while with Cushman & Wakefield. Before his seven years at Cushman, he was Executive Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Co., where he served for 10 years. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance/real estate from the University of Texas at Austin, and his MBA in International Business from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Strobehn’s title at Cushman & Wakefield was Senior Financial Manager, where he also served for seven years. His previous jobs included Associate with Grubb & Ellis and Senior Account Manager for Rapp Collins Worldwide. He is a graduate of William & Mary College.
