School of Rock Inks Space at 300 Huntington in BK

Monadnock Development has signed a 3,000-square-foot lease with School of Rock at 300 Huntington, a commercial mixed-use development in Gowanus/Carroll Gardens. School of Rock will use the space for its music education program, offering group and private lessons for children and adults.

The building features Class-A space near Cobble Hill and Park Slope, with excellent transit access. School of Rock, with nearly 400 global locations, offers professional music lessons in guitar, drums, keyboards, vocals, and bass for all ages and skill levels.

School of Rock was represented in the deal by Curtis Woodside of Compass. Monadnock Development was represented by Ryan Condren of JLL. The move-in is expected later this summer, catering to Gowanus’ demand for family-oriented services. 300 Huntington is also home to Hazel Village, an ethical toy manufacturer.
