Fiddler's Green Portfolio secures $196 million loan

Schnitzer West Secures $196 Million Financing for Fiddler’s Green Portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield arranged financing for the Fiddler’s Green Portfolio consisting of Palazzo Verdi, Fiddler’s Green I and Fiddler’s Green II. The high-end office portfolio totals 748,445 square feet. The projects are located in Fiddler’s Green Center within Greenwood Village, a suburb of Denver.

The loan totals $196 million and was done with a Debt Fund. C&B’s Baxter Fain said it wasn’t easy, “…we were able to successfully complete a complex transaction. Fiddler’s Green Portfolio is truly iconic real estate in this area, and we are excited to watch Schnitzer West advance these buildings to the next level.”

The project is at the same site as Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, an 18,000-person capacity amphitheatre. It is the largest outdoor amphitheatre in the Denver metropolitan area.
