Schementi Tapped for Newly Created Leadership Role at CushWake

Greg Schementi has been appointed to the newly-created position of president, Americas tenant representation at Cushman & Wakefield. The 15-year veteran of the firm, who has held a variety of leadership roles, is based in Chicago.

“Now more than ever, our clients demand creative, highly customized solutions to their real estate needs — whether they’re a three-person startup or part of the Fortune 100,” said Schementi (pictured). For the past several years, he led Cushman & Wakefield’s portfolio solutions practice, working with large clients with complex real estate needs across multiple markets.
