SCG Retail Partner Jordan Cohn Joins Ripco Team

Jordan Cohn has joined Ripco Real Estate as EVP. Previously he was a partner of SCG Retail, the urban division of the Shopping Center Group, and was with the firm for nearly 20 years.

At SCG Retail, Cohn’s primary focus was on tenant representation. He has closed deals for recognized brands such as REI, Chick fil A, Home Depot, Bobby Flay, Charles Schwab, Crossroads Trading Company, Señor Frogs and many other local and national retailers.

“We’re honored to have Jordan join RIPCO as he’s one of the most highly regarded and well-respected brokers in the industry,” said COO Mark Kaplan. “Jordan’s track record and deep relationships speak for themselves, but he’s also a great person who will fit in seamlessly with the rest of our team. With his extensive knowledge and breadth of retail experience, we know we’ve made the right choice in bringing on Jordan as EVP.”
