SC Alpha Buys Boston Mixed-Use Building for $20M 

SC Alpha has acquired 37-43 Temple Place, a boutique mixed-use building in Boston, from 3MJ Realty. The final sale price was $20 million, equating to over $998 per square foot and $1.25 million per unit.  

The property consists of 16 residential units with a mix of two, three, and four bedrooms, as well as 4,950 square feet of retail space. The building, fully gut-renovated and reconstructed in 2008, is located in Downtown Crossing, it’s 100% leased with retail tenants including The Crossing Wine & Spirits and Victoria’s Jewelry. 

Cushman & Wakefield’s Bruce Lusa, Chris Sower, Jon Bryant, John Flaherty, Kevin Jones, Mary VanNatta and Julie Regan represented the seller in the transaction.
