SBSBIO Buys Single-Story Building in Frederick for $7M 

SBSBIO Consulting has acquired 7320 Executive Way in Frederick County, MD., for $6.775 million from Cinder Concrete Block Corporation.  

Positioned off Interstate 70 and Buckeystown Pike, the property features 18-foot ceilings, four dock doors, and surface parking within Westview Business Park. SBSBIO Consulting plans to maximize the 26,000 square feet of vacant space to achieve full occupancy. The building, known as Omega Center 11 and constructed in 1999, will serve as a biorepository for SBSBIO Consulting’s biological material storage.  

MacKenzie’s Adam Nachlas, along with David Paulson of Ackerman & Co., represented the seller. Jonathan Warner of Warner Commercial represented the buyer in this sales transaction.
