SB Pacific Group Unloads 318-Unit City View

A Berkeley, CA real estate company struck a deal with an Austin investor to sell the 318-unit City View apartment complex. The seller, SB Pacific Group, owned the Class C property for 12 years before selling it to an entity operating under the name 2503 Jackson Keller Road LP.

City View, which has been re-named The Keller, is at 2503 Jackson Keller Rd. and offers studio, one and two-bedroom units. Apartment sizes average 669 square feet, with the rent at $668 per month. The property, situated in San Antonio’s Oak Valley neighborhood on the north side, also offers on-site amenities including a resort-style terraced pool, dog park, 24-hour fitness center, two clothes-care centers and limited access gates.

SB Pacific Group completed major renovations on the property during its hold.
