Saywitz Arranges Warehouse Relocation for Russell Sigler

The Saywitz Company completed negotiations on behalf of Russell Sigler Inc. for its new regional distribution and service center in Temecula. Robert Ritschel and Andrew Herron, SVPs with The Saywitz Company, negotiated the seven-year lease on behalf of Russell Sigler. Mario Calvillo, VP with Lee & Associates in Riverside, represented the ownership, MS – Mountain View.

The approximately 40,000-square-foot industrial building located at 42660 Avenida Alverado in Temecula is newly constructed and will house Russell Sigler’s operations for its business in Orange County, Riverside County and North San Diego County.

Calling the lease a “win-win” for both landlord and tenant, Barry Saywitz, president of The Saywitz Company, said, “The property provides Sigler the opportunity to continue to maintain its regional presence and service its customers and ancillary facilities in multiple counties. Additionally, the landlord was able to secure a long-term lease with a credit tenant.”
