Saxum Planning 1.7M-SF El Paso Warehouse Project

Saxum Real Estate has closed on a 120-acre land site in El Paso where the firm is planning two construction phases to deliver 1.7 million square feet of new industrial space. Construction has commenced on Phase I of Eastwind Industrial, which includes two buildings totaling 754,000 square feet. The buildings will consist of 407,000 square feet of cross-dock and 347,000 square feet of rear-load space.

The Phase II building will add 930,000 square feet to an industrial campus that will be positioned to capitalize on the market’s requirements driven by Mexico-US trade, nearshoring and reshoring, and overall Texas manufacturing growth. Phase I is anticipated to be delivered in the second quarter of 2026.

Eastwind is located east along I-10, a 12-minute drive from El Paso’s primary border crossing to Mexico, the Zaragosa Bridge.
