Saxony Capital Secures Refinancing for 252-Unit Alabama Apartment Community

JLL has secured a refinancing for Arlington Park, a 252-unit, garden-style apartment community in West Mobile.

Located at 7070 Grelot Rd., the property was constructed in 2001 and consists of one, two and three-bedroom units. The property has recently undergone renovations to the exterior and common areas, including new exterior paint and a completely remodeled clubhouse and fitness center. Arlington Park is currently 96% occupied.

Mark Brandenburg and Chad Russell of JLL secured the three-year, floating-rate loan on behalf of Saxony Capital Management through lender Bancorp. The amount of the loan was not disclosed.
