Savlan Capital Acquires 300K-SF Office Portfolio in Atlanta for $33M

South Florida-based real estate investment group Savlan Capital has acquired a six-building office portfolio in Atlanta’s Camp Creek Business Center for $33.2 million. The seller was Duke Realty. A team from JLL represented both the buyer and seller in the all-cash transaction.

The portfolio totals 298,433 square feet, and is comprised of six buildings developed between 1988 and 2008 on more than 36 acres. The Camp Creek Business Center is located just west of Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, in the Aerotropolis West Community Improvement District. At the time of sale, the portfolio was 79% leased to a tenant roster that included Sto Corp., DoverStaffing, Hopebridge, Jaguar Land Rover Automotive North America, Keller Williams and Primerica.

Savlan plans to invest $2.5 million in the property, upgrading building exteriors, unit interiors, signage, landscaping, and tenant amenities. Pat Murphy and Tara Healy of Cushman & Wakefield have been tapped as leasing advisors for the business park.
