Savitt Inks New Leases at 530 Seventh

Savitt Partners said Friday that three new leases, totaling more than 15,000 square feet, have been signed at 530 Seventh Ave.e, located between 38th and 39th streets in the Garment District. They included the following:  
 
• FINSIGHT, an NYC-based fintech company, signed a five-year lease totaling 8,800 square feet for its New York City headquarters. Bob Savitt, Brian Neugeboren and Nicole Goetz of Savitt represented the landlord. Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Goldman and Jennifer Casey represented FINSIGHT.  

• Carollo Engineers, an environmental engineering firm, signed a three-year, 3,675-square-foot lease. This will be the firm’s first NYC office. Neugeboren and Goetz represented ownership. Dustin McFarland and Sean Hoffman of Savills represented Carollo Engineers. 

• H.W. Anderson Consulting, an international executive search firm, signed a three-year, 2,550-square-foot lease. Neugeboren and Goetz represented ownership. Jake Cunningham of Velocity Realty represented the tenant.
