Savills to Launch New Office in Nashville

Global real estate services provider Savills has announced plans to launch a new office in Nashville. Located at 1503 17th Ave. S., the new Savills office will consist of a team of five who are joining from Cresa in Nashville.

The new team will include David McRae, David Koziak and Tatum Flynn as executive managing directors, Austin Johnson as assistant director and Michelle Schreiber as the office’s operations manager. The team will specialize in tenant representation, with a focus in office and industrial leasing. Savills has 32 offices and more than 800 employees in North America.

“Savills is committed to sustained growth that strengthens the company’s position as the leading tenant advisory firm in North America,” said Chris White, vice chairman and Southeast region lead at Savills. “This move demonstrates Savills strategic investment in the Southeast regional markets, and reaffirms our pledge to deliver global expertise locally.”
