Savills Team Honored as Brokers of the Year in GFCD Benefit

Savills vice chairmen Eric Feinberg and John Goodman were honored with the Office Broker of the Year award at the 32nd annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards benefitting the Greater Chicago Food Depository (GCFD), held June 25 as a virtual event. Selected by a voting block of industry peers, the honor goes to the brokerage team who negotiated the most significant lease transactions and exhibited exceptional community leadership during the previous year.

Upon accepting the award, Feinberg said, “We thank the GCFD team for coordinating this event during these challenging times when the food depository is so important. It’s incredible to be part of a community that comes together to support such a necessary organization during a crucial time.”

Feinberg also thanked his colleagues Isabel Preskill and Rick Schuham, and noted that the award is shared with the entire Chicago office. Earlier this year, Feinberg and Goodman were recognized among Connect Media’s 2020 Top Brokers.
