Commercial real estate advisory firm Savills has tabbed industrial expert Will Poole as a managing director in Los Angeles, and will advise clients about selling and leasing industrial properties across LA, with a focus on the South Bay submarket.

Poole has over five years of experience representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the sale and leasing of industrial, R&D and office properties. He received the rookie of the year award from Lee & Associates in 2019, and was a member of the firm’s inaugural diversity, equity and inclusion board. Prior to his career in real estate, Poole was a professional football player with the Miami Dolphins.

“Will brings the same discipline and determination he showcased as a professional athlete to his real estate career, driving success for his clients,” said Savills EVP Gregg Healy. Poole is an active member of the NFLPA and the USC Football Alumni Organization.
