Savills Studley’s McGrath Takes on New Role as Chief Information Officer
Savills Studley’s Patrick McGrath is assuming a new role within the tenant representation firm, taking on the newly-created position of chief information officer and head of client technologies. He previously served as the firm’s head of cross-border transactions.
McGrath was instrumental in the creation of Knowledge³, a data visualization & analytics platform developed for portfolio occupiers. The platform received the 2017 H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award from CoreNet Global.
“Clients across all industries have embraced transformative technology, and expect data and analytics to inform key decision-making processes, including real estate,” said McGrath. In his new role, he’ll spearhead strategic direction of technology service offerings for the company’s Americas brokerage business, while accelerating innovation in occupier intelligence and advancing the Knowledge³ analytics platform.
