Savills Studley’s Davidson, Feinberg Promoted to Vice Chairmen
Savills Studley has promoted Lisa Davidson and Eric Feinberg to the role of vice chairman. Between them, Davidson and Feinberg have executed more than 35 million square feet of transactions over the courses of their careers.
Davidson joined Savills Studley in 1997, and has been recognized repeatedly as one of the firm’s top performers nationwide. Notably, she received the 2016 NAIOP Transaction of the Year Award for her role in the sale of Chicago’s former main post office to developer 601W Cos.
Most recently, Davidson was appointed to Savills Studley’s board of directors, and was named chief diversity officer in 2018.
Feinberg joined the firm in 2002, and has been devoted to representing tenants and helping them turn real estate into strategic business advantages. He has led some of the region’s most significant projects and transactions and, since 2014, has served as co-head of the company’s Chicago office.
