Savills Studley Completes $229M Mira Mesa Retail Deal
Savills Studley’s National Retail Services Group represented the sellers of two trophy Southern California shopping centers, one located in San Diego, and the other in Westlake Village, CA. San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group acquired Mira Mesa Marketplace for $229 million.
The 487,807-square-foot regional shopping center is located on Mira Mesa Blvd. at the 15 freeway. The center is anchored by Smart & Final Extra, CVS, Home Depot, Edwards Theatre, Ross, Old Navy, and Barnes & Noble.
San Diego-based ROIC California acquired the other asset, North Ranch Shopping Center, a 146,625-square-foot neighborhood shopping center for $122.8 million.
Savills Studley’s Bill Bauman and Kyle Miller represented the sellers in the transactions. The buyers were self represented.
