Savills Studley Adds 6 to US Board

New York-based tenant rep firm Savills Studley has appointed Midtown-based vice chairmen Doane Kelly (pictured) and David Providenti to its U.S. board of directors, along with four other directors from around the country. They’re executive managing director Lisa Davidson in Chicago; EVP Ann Duncan, Tampa; senior managing director Jeff Manley, Orange County, CA; and EVP Tiffany Winne, who leads the Phoenix office.

“Our new board members bring extraordinary leadership and diverse industry expertise to Savills Studley,” said Mitchell S. Steir, chairman and CEO. “As we continue our growth into new markets and expand our specialized consulting practices, the addition of these thought leaders will broaden the board’s perspective and provide insight into how to best serve the complex needs of our clients in a rapidly evolving economy.”

The six directors run the gamut of Savills Studley’s services, including tenant representation, financial analysis, lease structuring, workforce strategy, workplace optimization and occupier services.
