Savills Reps VTS for New Office at 320 North Sangamon

VTS, represented by Savills, will occupy a 35,914 square foot office at 320 North Sangamon in Chicago. VTS, a leasing, marketing, asset management, and tenant experience platform for the commercial real estate industry, will occupy the entire ninth floor and half of the tenth floor.

The Savills team mainly focused its search on the dynamic submarket found in the Fulton Market district. Savills Vice Chairmen Robert Sevim and Jim Wenk, Associate Cullen Hurley, and Assistant Director Allison Buck established the real estate strategy for VTS to enable the firm’s growth. 

“VTS is shaking up the commercial real estate industry with its pioneering, data-driven platform,” said Sevim. “Its new Chicago location needed to mirror its innovative business and provide an inspiring setting where the firm can grow and attract the best talent.”

The company plans to relocate to the new space in the Fulton Market district this summer.
